We have long term relationships with an extensive grower network to help you gain access to the freshest produce and broadest range available during the Australian seasons.

Prior to each season we work with our growers to develop a seasonal plan. This ensures produce is packed to your specific requirements. QC-Fresh can source non-standard lines and hard to find varieties. If required we can work with a specific grower for your business.

We form strong relationships with a vast network of Australia’s finest farmers, orchardists and growers – ensuring we get the freshest, best quality fruit and vegetables from all around our country. Our produce is second to none, and our expert logistics mean you can enjoy it with that farm fresh taste, all delivered soon after harvest.

Apricot

Australian Stonefruit

  • Colour: Light to medium orange.
  • Size: medium and oval with a small slip stone seed
  • Flavour:Sweet and mild flavour
  • Texture: Firm flesh with a slight velvet skin
  • Eat ripe cues: Light orange colour. Firm but gives slightly to gentle pressure (not soft).
  • Peak availability: Nov to Jan

Cherry

Australian Cherry

  • Colour: Deep red skin, flesh and juice.
  • Size: Medium and heart shaped
  • Flavour: Sweet flavour
  • Texture:Firm flesh, Juicy
  • Eat ripe cues: Full colour. Firm but gives slightly to gentle pressure
  • Peak availability: Dec, Jan

Nectarine (Yellow and White Flesh)

Australian Stonefruit

  • Colour: Yellow – Yellow base colour with orange, pink and deep red blush – yellow flesh
    White – Cream base colour with yellow, pink and red blush. Cream coloured flesh
  • Size: medium and round/heart shaped with a small cling stone seed
  • Flavour: Sweet and mild flavour
  • Texture: Firm flesh with a smooth glossy skin.
  • Eat ripe cues: Firm but gives slightly to pressure (not soft).
  • Peak availability: Yellow: Nov – Feb
    White: Oct – March

Peach (Yellow and White Flesh)

Australian Stonefruit

  • Colour: Yellow – Yellow base colour with orange, pink and deep red blush – yellow flesh
    White – Cream base colour with yellow, pink and red blush. Cream coloured flesh
  • Size: medium and round/heart shaped with a small cling stone seed
  • Flavour: Sweet and mild flavour
  • Texture: Firm flesh with a slight velvet textured skin.

Plum (Red and Black)

Australian Stonefruit

  • Colour: Red – Deep red, burgundy coloured skin – yellow flesh with red tinge at the boarder
  • Black – Dark purple coloured skin, yellow flesh
  • Size: medium round shaped with a small cling stone seed
  • Flavour: Sweet and mild flavour
  • Texture: Firm flesh with a smooth glossy skin.
  • Eat ripe cues: Firm but gives slightly to gentle pressure (not soft).
  • Peak availability: Red: Dec – April
    Black: Dec – May

R2E2 Mango

Australian Mango

  • Colour:Orange skin tinged with a red blush.
  • Size: Large and round with a medium seed
  • Flavour: Sweet and mild flavour
  • Texture:Firm Flesh. Holds up well during transport and merchandising.
  • Eat ripe cues:Full colour. Firm but gives slightly to gentle pressure
