QC-Fresh Pty Ltd has achieved accreditation with HACCP food safety. HACCP is an internationally recognised system to prevent food contamination problems and promotes safe food handling practices. We have implemented a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the HACCP standard. This system is based on HACCP principles and is subject to audit by a third certification body. We take pride in dealing with preferred suppliers and growers who have the HACCP food safety system in place or an equivalent quality system such as Freshcare. We diligently monitor products for microbial residues as required by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ).
