  • Size: medium and oval with a small slip stone seed
  • Flavour:Sweet and mild flavour
  • Texture: Firm flesh with a slight velvet skin
  • Eat ripe cues: Light orange colour. Firm but gives slightly to gentle pressure (not soft).
  • Peak availability: Nov to Jan

  • Colour: Deep red skin, flesh and juice.
  • Size: Medium and heart shaped
  • Flavour: Sweet flavour
  • Texture:Firm flesh, Juicy
  • Eat ripe cues: Full colour. Firm but gives slightly to gentle pressure
  • Peak availability: Dec, Jan

Nectarine (Yellow and White Flesh)

  • Colour: Yellow – Yellow base colour with orange, pink and deep red blush – yellow flesh
    White – Cream base colour with yellow, pink and red blush. Cream coloured flesh
